October 2025 — Jimmy Tran Files Campaign Treasurer Appointment

Jimmy Tran officially filed his Campaign Treasurer Appointment (CTA) with the City of Garland, naming Sara Kenefake as Treasurer. This step authorizes the campaign to begin fundraising and preparing voter-outreach materials in compliance with Texas Ethics Commission (TEC) rules.
